We offer repair services for various dental handpieces, including high-speed, low-speed, and electric models. We do not repair lab handpieces, ultrasonic scaling units, or anything with a power cord or battery. Turnaround times, pricing, and service options are subject to change without notice. All repairs are subject to inspection and evaluation before final estimates are confirmed.
3. Warranties and Liability
Warranty terms will be specified in your service documentation or invoice. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, neglect, or damage caused by improper use.
Limitation of Liability: Handpiece Pros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
4. Payments
We accept major credit cards, checks, and other forms of payment listed on our website. Repair quotes not paid within 30 days will result in handpieces being returned unrepaired.
5. Intellectual Property

While we strive for same-day return shipping, no representation is made that repairs will always ship out the same day as the repairs are completed.
12. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- We will credit 100% of your repair cost, less shipping, to your account if you are still unsatisfied with the performance of your handpiece after a warranty repair has been completed.
